andrethx Posted October 6, 2015 Report Share Posted October 6, 2015 do you have the wiring diagram for your car? the wires are numbered, if you unravel that electrical tape sufficiently you will find the numbers stamped on the wires. then you will know which wire is which and you can attach a new connector as savo suggests. is this for the red 89 405? if you don't have the diagram, savo or i might have it... andré Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Bean Posted October 6, 2015 Report Share Posted October 6, 2015 Do you have a wrecker nearby? If so then get the connector and 12" of wiring to go with off another car and use that. Should be able to use the other headlight wiring to wire the right wires from the "new" connector to the wires on the car. (Pattern should be different enough to differentiate? ).
