my3AWDgst
I got all I need for ECMlink swap for my XU9J4. I'm waiting on welder to weld 1g DSM Throttle body flange and 2g DSM fuel rail bolt mounts, once he's done it will go to powder coater. I'm hopping to have it all sone in two weeks. It should take me only few day to have it running on all 2g DSM sensors, speed density,E85 and ECM link. Here is the picture off some off the parts. I'll take few more tomorrow. my3AWDgst
I'm very proud driving it around. What a way to show forgotten vehicle in USA.
Bean
Easily one of the nicest - if not the nicest 405's in North America I'd say. Well done Savo - the car is stunning! Rabin
my3AWDgst
My MI16 is for sale now. I got 91 MI16 with black leather interior and I would like to do same thing to this 91 MI16 as I did to my 89. If there is no interest in it as is I may sell it on stock 15" wheels as a shell. Bean
How much? Rabin
my3AWDgst
I know I can't get what I have in to it but I will not except ridiculous offers either. I have a lot of time and money in to my car and all receipts to show for. If I don't sell it I'll just keep it and built 91 as well. Serious buyers may email me. Thank you. Bean
I was serious when I asked - but I suspect the "serious buyers may email me" is like "If you have to ask - you can't afford it..." It's a gorgeous car but I suspect it'd be out of my budget. Now if your 405 wagon ends up like this - then I won't be able to have such restraint... Good luck with the sale Savo - hope it goes to a good home. Rabin
my3AWDgst
Not at all Rabin,I just don't feel like reading peoples negative coments. My MI16 is by far better then the next one and I feel it's worth the money. Every sensor and gasket was replaced so were maintenance items and she drives as good as my Genesis does. If you would like to know the price PM me please. my3AWDgst
I finally got some free time to work on ECM link XU9J4 project. I mounted EVO 560 injectors,2gDSM fuel rail,1g DSM TB flange and -6 fuel feed adopter. Tomorrow I'll take it to my welder then shipp it out to powder coater. Bean
Does the injector spacing actually match the intake or have they been repositioned? Awesome project that I can't wait to see how it works out! Rabin
my3AWDgst
Yes it's the same as OEM ones. EVO lower seals are few mm bigger so I had to over drill factory holes to 14mm. I also had to make new mounting points for DSM fuel rail.

Bean
Wow - that's pretty awesome that you don't even have to modify the rail, or do a custom rail to make it work. Mounting bosses aren't too bad at all if that's the only thing needed to fit the rail. Rabin
my3AWDgst
Yes sir. I can't wait to have it all done.
my3AWDgst
Well 91 turned out not too be as clean as it looked so 89 is not for sale any longer.I will use black leather interior and sunroof out off it for my 89.Other parts out off it will be used for my wagon. At this point I'm not sure what will happened to 91.
