Wow!

The Toyota swap looks like a very nice clean install - I'm curious about the motor spec - and how close a relative it is to the 7mgte inline 6 from the late 80's Supras... I have a line on a CHEAP drivetrain from one complete with ECU's and such... Not that I'd do it...

I'd love to get details - and if you look in the back ground you also see a sweet 504 on some nice wheels as well.

Hopefully the site they came off has some english speakers/writers so that we can get some details - especially the brakes and wheel mods...

Great pics! The one with the red cam cover has a 2JZ-GTE 3 litre twin turbo engine from a Supra or Arista and is a totally different design from the 7MT and is much stronger. The engines with the 2500 on the cam covers are the 1JZ-GTE 2.5 litr twin turbo which is also from the Supra or Soarer and this is also a very strong engine with huge tuning potential and lots of people put them in 240Zs, BMWs etc here in Australia. Great to see other people doing 505 conversions too. BTW someone just gave me a strut brace from an Mitsubishi EVO 7 which is a triangulated type and it looks like it will fit the 505 perfectly! (with a few mods of course lol) Will post pic in a day or two.

Thanks for the additional info Metako!

The 3.0L I6 from the gen IV supra is indeed an amazing motor! I wonder what kind of performance numbers that car puts down... Talk about a sleeper!
