anj
Hi Does anyone have any hints in fixing a sagging door, specifically removing the pin. I believe the door pin is worn and there is play in the hinge. It has become very difficut to open the door from the outside. Arun
Bean
They just use a split roll pin, so you need a drift that just fits the hole and then you need to be able to get enough of an angle to tap it out. I've heard guys do this with the doors in place, but I haven't done it yet. I've got to do this on the 505 wagon, so I can likely give that a try this weekend. Failing that - doors are pretty easy to remove and once removed you can probably replace the pin pretty easy. Rabin
andrethx
you can probably find a replacement pin locally, but WH sells the pin, they have lots in stock andré
