august
i really didn't think this would be that hard, but i'm being proven wrong. I've been calling people, and doing quite a bit of searching for M7 studs (of ANY kind) without luck. i saw a post to peugeot-l during my search, and the poster said they found the studs at maryland metric, but they don't seem to carry them any longer. if anyone know's where i might be able to find these little bastards i'd appreciate it.... (needed for valve cover, and intake manifold on the N9T head).
Guest
If you are truly that desperate, maybe I could send some over when I get the pulleys finished and start shipping them. Could you specify a little more accurately how long/what kind of bolts do you need? E: oh you said studs, I somehow read bolts. Haven't seen M7 studs around here either. V-M
I have found them from one shop locally. U mean nuts or studs? Also bolts are available in different lengths. V-M
august
i'm looking for the studs, with the gap in the middle (like the ones used on the intake manifold, and valve cover). I don't NEED them, but it would be nice to have.
Bean
i'm looking for the studs, with the gap in the middle (like the ones used on the intake manifold, and valve cover). I don't NEED them, but it would be nice to have. I think I'd settle for cutting the heads off bolts and running a die over it real quick to deburr it. (File works too.) Not the ideal solution - but it would look and function identically. We have such a crappy selection of metric bolts that you have to get inventive if you need to fix anything!
