Hi all

This Saturday I hope t have both cars In Richmond for a practice Autocross. I will have a friend drive the STI and I the STX and will see how the compare. In the future it would be cool to meet up at one of these events in the DC or Richmond area with a Peugeot group. Pictures and video to follow.

Some pictures of the the car at practice autocross. I drove the car to some respectable times and pleased with all the mods. The car could use a bigger sway bar as I was lifting the outside rear wheel on tight corners.

The car with burgundy hood ran well to the event but was not pushed hard since the brakes were soft. Will have to investigate the source.

So which car handled better? We should also discuss suspension - was the inside rear lifting enough to lose drive with the Torsen? My car never lifted enough to lose contact so I had drive through all the corners and it was PLANTED.

This was the first drive in "anger" since the coilovers and spring change. I need to lift the rear shock towers and seef if I can add more travel in the rear or increase the sway bar in the front. I was considering adding a second front sway bar, doubling the orginal or stiffening the orginal. I never drove the STI with lowered springs on the course since the brakes were soft. The stock car is very impressive and it is easy to make things worse with modifications. We will have to wait till the next event.
