1989 505 STX for sale / part out.

Recommended Posts

Hi Everett - I split your post into it's own for sale post as it would get lost in the other advert.

Pictures and details of the car would be appeciated.

I assumed you wanted to sell or part out, but if you only want to sell I'll change the post.

Yes the car is in the Scranton Pennsylvania area and the mold is the only real issue. Car was originally a California car. Mechanically car is good but mold is bad. Car was vandalized glass broken in 2011. It took 3 weeks to get new glass put in so interior got wet. Then it sat with new glass untouched for 3 years and here we are. It's now at a garage for repair and they say you can't do anything cuz of the mold. So I gotta get rid of it for whatever offer comes my way. It would need tires and I have no clue what to do with the mold. Be sides that it would be a good car. No rust at all engine transmission and diff are fine. Any offers or ideas are appreciated.

Hi Everett,

Can you take a pic of each side and the rear as well?

Also curious if you tried calling a home flood damage / remediation company to see how much they'd charge to clean the interior?

We have a couple up here ("Restorex" & "Got Mold?") - so you might have something similar and local that would be willing to tackle it.

Exclusivity and the fact that nice 505's look cool as hell will likely mean you can pull off the baller look. :)

Most youngin's won't even know what it is - just that it looks cool.
