andrethx
pictures we can do.... this is plate 12 E01 (belt tensioner for diesel xd2 - xd2s - xd3t) for those of you keeping track at home. here's the parts list: 5752.02 - bearing (1) 1281.13 - roller, tension, assy. (*note a ) (1) 1281.14 - spacer - 8,5 x 20-19 ..................I-> mod 81 (1) 1281.15 - spacer - 14 x 23-12 ...................I-> mod 81 (1) 1281.16 - support (*note b ) (1) 1281.06 - spacer - 8,5 x 20-22 ...................->I mod 81 (1) (note a ) - +1 support 1281.16, 1 spacer 1281.14 and 1281.15, 1 nut 6934.20 ..................->I mod 81 (note b ) - +1 roller 1281.12, 1 spacer 1281.14 and 1281.15 and 1 nut 6934.20 ................->I mod 81 in the parts manual, the symbol "->I mod 81" means up to model year 1981, and the symbol "I-> mod 81" means after model year 1981 this is probably way more data than you wanted, but maybe it'll be helpful. the parts book i have doesn't list the entire assembly as a single part, so i don't know if it was ever offered that way. i doubt you will find an aftermarket version of the entire assembly in this country...your best bet is to find a diesel 505/engine that's being parted out and get it from there. as the parts illustration suggests though, depending on the model year you get it from, you may have to do some adjusting with the spacers... that's all i got... andré
Bean
Now that you know what it looks like (thanks Andre!) - I'd hit up a wrecker and start looking under hoods. Older euro cars that would still have V-belts is where I'd start. Or - join the Peugeot-L yahoo group and post there. Some diesel heads on there that likely have spares.
