  4. I took few pictures this weekend of my 91 black leather interior swap. Rear seat have one small cut and driver side seat stiching is coming a part. Otherwise is good for being 23 years old.
  5. Took GC and MI16 for detail and I had a side job on 01 VW bettle (major tuneup)
  6. Thanks Bill. I got one out of 85-91 BMW 325 and mounting ear is in wrong spot but 91 runs just fine with it. Early 90's V8 BMW crank or cam sensors work just fine as well.

  8. Thanks. I end up using mobile version just to see if there is new post,icons on mobile version are much darker if there is a new post so it's easy to tell.
  9. Also boost levels were 35 PSI on T3/4 and 40 PSI on GT3582r.

The reason I'm saying all this is because I have played with T25,16g,20g,T3/4 SB,GT3582r BB and GT4202r BB turbo's and all of those were on my cars.Anything in T3/T4 frame on small displacement engines and 5500RPM redline will not be that great for DD or track use.It will spool up late 3500-4000 RPM and power will run out soon do to lack of RPM.If you are still running stock cam it may help better with spool but with 280 cam and 5500 RPM I would not go with T3/4 frame turbos. My favorite Turbo set up for the street was T3/T4 60 trim SB on stock cams,it would be spooled by 4000 RPM and I REVed it to 7500 and it was a great power band. GT3582r with 280's was still good street set up but I REVed it up to 9000 RPM and it would be spooled by 4700 RPM,so it was not that great for DD or cruise and head work with 280's did not help. Now with 294's and GT4202r (76mm) I will be lucky to see full boost at 6000 RPM and it will need to be REVed to 10000 RPM. Now all off this was a great lesson and it made me go back to my old set up on my second Spyder for street use.Stock head,stock IM with 1g 60mm TB,T3/T4 57 trim made it very street friendly. I did go back to 280 cam which it may be too aggressive for the street but Kelford cam airflow it's amazing. Yes I did go with L19 head studs,MHG,and better valve springs so head stays in place.I love that 4000-8500RPM power band. And I use E85 for fuel on both cars. I'm not trying to be negative here Rabin just sharing my experience and trying to help you out to get the best results.

  13. Yes 1g DSM are black top and 2g DSM are blue in color. They are both 450cc. T3/4 may be a bit too big as they are not that efficient at low PSI on small engines. I woud try using 20g or something simular in that size.

  15. Hat as a center bore of the rotor? Hub center bore on 405 is 65.1mm and Focus is 63.4mm. I will take it to machine shop to open it to 65.1mm and GSX calipers are two pistons.
  16. I've read many times where people complain how difficult is to remove IM on XU9J4,to me it's easy as replacing oil,perhaps it may be because I've done it soooo many times now. First picture is oil fill,vapors and PCV system. Second picture is for IAC system.
  17. I got two MI16's and one spair engine and I'm lucky enough that all of those hoses are in awesome condition,but yes I had IM out multiple times. When you remove IM it opens up so much space that you can see intire engine. IM gaskets come with engine gaskets set but it is stupid to waste $$$$ on gasket set to just use IM gaskets. You can use RTV on IM and it will be just as good as gasket if not better. There is nothing that I have not touched or replaced on MI16 so feel free to ask anything.
  18. Last few weeks were very busy for me so I did not have a chance to work on the cars :-( This weekend I will start on Dash,heater core swap. I will also order Ford Focus SVT 300mm front rotors as they have the same bolt pattern as Pugs 4x108 and use 2g DSM AWD front calipers. This will be great brake upgrade for the price.
  19. I think it sucks that Peugeot is not in US,they do have some nice and good looking cars. Most off us would sell some off our cars just to own a new Peugeot if they would come back. I know I would own some sort off GTI car for sure.

  21. White one has been for sale for some time now. It looks like it's worht $4000 Red one is nice as well,I would go with the white one,there is way too many red ones.
  22. I would buy EVO 560 cc injectors if I was you. They are good up to 400 HP on pump gas.

  24. Installed Coated DP and took DSM around the block :-) I'm glad they just sit in my garage,otherwise I would have orange suit by now.
