You can go with me to Pick N Pull and we can get engine for $175 and get a trubo out a Dodge truck (hx35) for $75 and used set of ARP studs and you will make reliable 500 AWHP and that's why 4g63 is so great. You can always make engines better by fully building them but even with forged internals we still keep factory head,block,crank,valve cover,OIL PUMPS,timing components,valves and so on.With just cams,forged pistons,ARP head studs and rods you can easily make 1000 AWHP. No need for all nonsense listed on Dave's website especially filled block options. I've seen only a hand full cracked cylinder walls online and they all have been bored 30 over. That engine in that video has only forged rods,pistons and ARP bolts,everything else is OEM FACTORY PARTS. 4g63 FORCE!!! You keep saying that you can make any 4 cylinder as good as 4g63 but your statement is incorrect as 4g63 is just beefy from factory especially in crankshaft rod and main journals where it matters at most especially when you are running 76mm plus turbos at 50 PSI. People have made over 1300AWHP on FACTORY ECU,HARNESS AND SENSORS on stock block,stock crank,stock head,stock oil pump,stock coils,stock valve cover,stock water pump and so on... 4g63 FORCE!!!! You tube is full of stock engine,turbo records some of them are in 9's

I got diagram for US cars.

Replaced clutch on 2000 4WD CRV. I've been working on it for a few days few hours a day before work. Also send out two large boxes(50 plus lbs) to my powder coater and received some more parts for my black car.

To be honest rear wheel bearings are the only thing I haven't ever took a part on 405's and I know those cars damn well!!! Now it makes sense why there is no listing for alignment shims. Thanks for clarifying this for me Goce. Never lifting 405 only lowering :-) Thanks for the info guise.

I'm lost now... What do you mean by lifting the rear axle? Why would you grined on end of the torsion bar for? Torsion bar has no affect on camber or toe.

Yes,number 12 in the picture. I'm surprised it's not done on 405 as it's just about same rear suspension as 205,309 and 306. Both of my 405's need some adjustments now,definitely has something to do with it being lowered. Those were not needed before I had them lowered.

I'll be swapping to Auto my self next year,I doubt it's less money as you have to purchase everything twice more as it's got four more cylinders. Have you ever drove a 10 second or faster car at the track at the straight line? It's a hand full and if it was that easy everyone would do it... On the end 4g63 has done it and can back it up but you keep trying to proof something with out anything to back up your story...I would never figured you would be just another key board tuner...

Goce would you know if anyone is making rear alignment shims for 405? I could try to use VW or Ford one but I'd like to look for easier solution.

Don't be mad :-) some day you may provide one 8 second pass slip on 1000th pass off 4g63 :-) Wich street Peugeot engine can increase a power output ofor over 300% over stock on stock internals? In 4g63 community all you need to do is upgrade head bolts to studs on OEM head gasket,add a 272-280's cams and boost to infinity and beyond!!! Many engines out there making 500-650AWHP on stock internals. You do this to your Peugeot engines and in few pulls you gonna see KABLAMMO like we did see Lewis Hamiltons engine yesterday.

Lately I've been working a lot of O/T and double time including Saturdays at work so it has been very difficult to fined time to work on my black car. For few months now I've tried to work on it and finally I did with my buddy Frank. I had a only 4 hours of sleep but still managed to do full days worth of work. We removed both subframes,suspensions,gas tank and few others parts for powder coating. All factory bolts are getting yellow zinc plated as it's what factory was using. Also I've purchased many parts wich include tubular rear suspension arms,3g 22mm sway bar,down sized my brakes to EVO III to fit over new Slipstreams 16x8 and Hoosiers 26x9,5,billed rear diff cover and mechanical fuel pump bracket that is driven by camshaft. I still need to modify rear subframe and remove all the bushings before it all goes to powder coater. I'm not sure how am I going to fit all this in to work and few side jobs that I'm having coming up... #4g63force My niece was helping out today :-)

I love any OEM axle and I'm not a big fan of rebuilt units,If I was you I would disassemble them,clean them,replace C.V grease,C.V boots and intermediate shaft bearing. I'm pretty sure that will make clicking noise go away and you will be satisfied.

Any your N9TE is will never make more or better HP then 4g63. Use same mods in both engines and 4g63 will make at least 100 more HP with same mods. lol at that head and manifold design. What's your N9TE trap?
