When I removed intake manifold I had to swap over injectors to new manifold and I've noticed significant amount of E85 gunk on top of my injectors. I have another set of EVO 560's that I'll use and this set is going to be cleaned and flow tested and if they are still good I'll keep them as a spare set. Intake ports and manifold were clean,no E85 gunk found there.

Which ones are same? Inner or outer? I know we got MK4 Diesels but not sure if we ever got MK3 but I'll definitely look it up.

Body work is coming out amazing Mike!!! I just wish you would powder coat suspension parts, but I know that's not how they came out of factory.

Thank you for information. If I can't fined these boots I'll just stop DD them and they will last lot longer.
-
Thanks. Is that regular rubber or urethane material?

Cool thanks.

Yes axle (drive shaft) C.V boots. On 405's factory spring is too long which creates that lovely one foot wheel gap, once it's lowered to SavoSpec status drive axles sits under unwanted angle. Because of this C.V boots don't last too long so I'd like to give a urethane boots a chance. I haven't found anything solid yet. http://www.duraflexpubushes.com/cv-boots-6-c.asp

I'm after urethane C.V boots as factory boost don't last too long on my cars so I found few options and I'll share results with you guise once I know everything workes out great.

Or you can use Vacuum pump from XU10J4RS. It's driven by exhaust cam and this is how they came out of factory. -
^^^^nice I helped Nikola with engine install on he's 04 Jetta GLI and today he realized why I hate working on those cars. He said him self no more German cars for him!!! He's done with them,he's gonna sell he's C36 M/T swapped and most likely he's C43 AMG E55 swapped.

It's about 16" HG on US engines. I hardly see it at 18" HG on my data logs. I don't feel any different between these brake booster and I certainly don't feel lack of assist. -

It has been Peugeot eventful day at my place today,I already posted what I did to my car today and I've worked on Nikola's MI as well. We replaced plastic rear water manifold, few hoses, removed cruise control, relocated engine fuse box and upgraded belt tensioner to VW style tensioner. He drove it home and it did run great.

^^^^ I doubt there is any difference in volume in brake boosters,I believe it's just different design. -

I replace brake master cylinder and brake booster today with 91ABS pars as master cylinder is little bigger. This master cylinder should be just enough for front GTI6 brakes. I also replaced brake line plastic holding clips with NOS parts. Windshield cowel got a fresh coat of paint and windshield wiper arms were already powder coated. -
Those Yugo parts :-)

Ohhh yeah those 14" wheels gonna go as well. Not sure which wheel he's going with but it's definitely going to be 17" That speed line is good looking wheel but to bring it to US cost significant amount of money.

Are those side skirts for sale?

It looks much worse and higher in real life then in this picture. My friend Nikola hates this wheel gap,he told me it reminds him of 4x4's :-) He did order 306 shock and lowering springs from UK.

I never had this problem till now, luckily for me I don't run this injection system in my cars and GTI6 is COP so I just may order one if I ever decide to put another one back on the road. I may still have two good coils.
