Peugeottogo
Pugsley, it looks to be a fine project. Can you get some photos of the trunk well and under body where these D series normally have rust issues? The single head light feature was last used on the 66 model years. august
man that seems like a joke for $1500! is that what D's are selling for these days? we bought a id19 from a wrecking yard for $500 that needed a head gasket, but was in pretty damn good cosmetic shape. no rust, straight body, etc etc. then again, this was in 1996 wow! Jeff I thought it would be worth a look; if the engine was overhauled like the ad says Im sure it cost 2x that amount ?

norcal505
nice to know youre looking to convert (partially) to a bricker! I know a bunch of people in your area, if youre ever looking to get one. Are you looking at a newer P2 V70, or X70, or a REAL volvo-a rwd 245/745/945? make sure you get a turbo model. or you'd go nuts with the lack of power-trust me. Im looking around; need a wagon with loadspace for my business. I sure dont want a clumsy SUV that gets 12 mpg with these gas prices ! norcal505
if its good on gas your lookin for, definately go for a 245, or 745, or 765. if you wanna get good gas, and be unique, look for a 265 td or a 745 or 765 turbo diesel. quite a few people on my board are getting those and boostin the hell out of them.
