85 505 turbo rear tires wear uneven

Recommended Posts

If the rear end is sagging then your rear springs will need to get replaced.

If the ride height is OK, then the rubber bushings in the rear crossmember may need replacing, or I have heard that the rear cross member may be sagged or bent.

More details and ideally pictures of how the car sits on level ground would help.

I just had my 86 turbo sedan aligned along with new Michelins, and the guy said that the rear springs are sagging a bit, so you'll probably see some inside wear. He said to rotate the tires periodically at 6000 miles.
