Mike T
I have registered fifty 404 Cabriolets and Coupés in the USA but there are a few cars that I have photos of that are not registered yet. Does anyone here recognize them? Also, if any of you know a friendly officer of the law, a search on the tags for the VIN would be one way for me to register them.Anyway, a couple are in California (plate: 3XZB695); (plate: NLT 241), one in Connecticut (historical plate: DK-1) and one in New York (historical plate: HX 28031). my3AWDgst
I need to get 404 or 403 some day :-)
Mike T
That 404 Cabriolet with the Connecticut DK-1 license above is NOT in the DMV records, damn it! I paid DMV for a list of all Peugeots in the state and got about 85 VINs, but only one 404, a red sedan. If anyone here is in that area, it would be great to try and get a link to the owner of this car!
Mike T
Correction: after sending this photo to Gayle Murphy of Connecticut DMV she discovered that this car was indeed in her mainframe records, the name "Peugeot" was mis-spelled which is why the first data dump didn't catch it. Its VIN is 4498473. Thanks to Ms. Murphy for the extra research.
