I got the PDF if anyone wants the proposal - just PM me and I'll send it to you. From what I've read so far - this will be one HELL of an event! The guy I used to crew chief for ran the Targa Newfoundland last year and it was a $10 - 12K touch to do the week long event. This one wouldn't be nearly as expensive as it's quite close - but would still likely be $5 - 7K to do it. Key would be getting some decent corporate sponsorship.
