She does drive good but it will need front suspension work.O/D does not work and I'm sure it's because off broken speedo. Can Admin move my progress photos to this thread please? Thank you. *edit* -- done. andré -
My MI16 turned out much better then I was expecting and I got an idea that would be very cool to have MI16 and Sport Wagon as well.Looking at my Wagon that is now a parts car I knew it would not be easy to bring her back from dead. Well long story short Thomas called me one day and told me he just bought a 405 Sport Wagon,at that moment I told my self I have to go and see it.When I got there I saw that the car was in decent condition and it was worth spening some time and money in to bring her back. Looking at the car something was telling me that she will be mine some day :-) ,yes Thomas refuse to sell it to me but I kept asking and finally one day I got that phone call and the rest is history. She does needs a lot of work but it's nothing that I can't do.My plan is to do MI16 swap, lower it,get nice set off wheels for it,window tint,HID's and paint.I'm taking it slow do to my other projects.

If you changed just the rear calipers bolt them on the car and manualy bleed them. I use water bottle and vacuum hose. One end off the hose goes to the bleeder and one to water bottle to collect fluid. Pump the pedal five times HOLD the pedal down then open the bleeder. I do that about twenty times on the rear calipers.

Holset HX40 is really good turbo. They are really efficient at 30 + PSI,in DSM world (depending on head-cam work) we get 400-650 AWHP out off them. Any internal work done?

Nice looking 505. Have you ever dyno it?.

I got all I need for ECMlink swap for my XU9J4. I'm waiting on welder to weld 1g DSM Throttle body flange and 2g DSM fuel rail bolt mounts, once he's done it will go to powder coater. I'm hopping to have it all sone in two weeks. It should take me only few day to have it running on all 2g DSM sensors, speed density,E85 and ECM link. Here is the picture off some off the parts. I'll take few more tomorrow.
