That's pretty cool Andre. If you are going to paint it I would recommend powder coating it. Now it's my turn to get one :-)

Yes it's the same as OEM ones. EVO lower seals are few mm bigger so I had to over drill factory holes to 14mm. I also had to make new mounting points for DSM fuel rail.

I finally got some free time to work on ECM link XU9J4 project. I mounted EVO 560 injectors,2gDSM fuel rail,1g DSM TB flange and -6 fuel feed adopter. Tomorrow I'll take it to my welder then shipp it out to powder coater.

No one really wanted to buy he's last set so end up getting it for only $400.

I'm not sure at all Rabin,this is my first time to work with fiber glass and I heard fiber glass is pricey too. That body kit changed looks off my car soooo much and I love the way it looks. And if I can pull this off I would be extremely happy. I got my NEW from Dave at EuroSport it was he's last one. My plans for the wagon are big...I want to run this body kit,9" wide wheels,WRX front fenders,universal rear fender flair's and XU9J4 swap.

"If I can offer some constructive criticism, the reason why you didn't get more interesting in the poly mounts was not only because of the price per se, but because the oem parts are still available at a much lower price" ^^^that is number one problem^^^ People once again don't understand. OEM one SUCKS and I hate engine roll that can not be stoped with that POS OEM mount. So lower price off OEM mount does not stop my engine roll and that is the reason I tried to creat something better. Perhaps age differences in Peugeot world here in US may have to do something with it.... However I got what I wanted for my self so I'm not concern about other folks. Yes Andre side skirts are the same for all 405's so is that front bumper body kit. As off right now I will attempt to make only one extra set for my self,I know if I make few extra people just won't pay to have it. Hell if I would charge only for what I have in to it I doubt any one would still buy it.

Getting something close to fit it's not hard at all but machining it to size we need would cost us more then mounts them self. I want to make extra set so bad so I'll google and watch videos soon :-(

Thanks. I have big plans for this Wagon. EVO IX MR dark gray paint,wheels suspension and XU9J4swap. Sounds like a deal :-) I would love to come up with my MI16. Just let me know when.

I was thinking to make it out of fiberglass then have it gel coated. Just like the original one. I don't mind spending extra time to make it happen as long as I end up with extra set. I doubt grope buy would work. I tried that with polly mounts and got laughed at because off the price.

I also replaced dip stick,valve cover gasket and oil fill cap.

Replaced spark plugs,170amp alternator and ignition switch on 89 MI16. Replaced oil fill cap,pcv hose,battery and dip stick on 90 Wagon. I'm taking it to smog shop tomorrow.

Hey guys! I got an idea to remake my self extra set off Brueck Design side skirts and front bumper body kit for my 405 Wagon. I've googled and youtubed but I have not found anything that could help me. Have any one done something like this ar have any idea how to do it?? Any help will be appreciate.

It was beautiful Sunday weather here in California (72*) So I took car cover off and four week nap was over...took my 80's boy racer for a drive and enjoyed every minut off it :-) I absolutely LOVE my MI16.

Not at all Rabin,I just don't feel like reading peoples negative coments.My MI16 is by far better then the next one and I feel it's worth the money. Every sensor and gasket was replaced so were maintenance items and she drives as good as my Genesis does. If you would like to know the price PM me please.

I know I can't get what I have in to it but I will not except ridiculous offers either. I have a lot of time and money in to my car and all receipts to show for. If I don't sell it I'll just keep it and built 91 as well. Serious buyers may email me. Thank you.
