86 505 Turbo - My Flagship Car and Long-Term Project - N9TE, BA10/5 manual
My dad has an old friend in High River named Emil Rocher. This was his car, until he sold it to me. Not counting the California cars, this is my most recent 505 turbo purchase. I'd been coveting this car for years but I never thought he'd sell it. Then one day he called me up and said if I wanted the car I could come get it. I wound up buying this one plus two other non-turbo 505s from him, for a grand total of $300. This was the best deal I've ever made in my life, and he was the one who set the price. I was not going to argue.
This car is not in the pristine shape I remember from years ago. Some things need to be fixed. It was repainted at some point and the new paint has not held up. The hood has a large dent in the front. But it is the very same car I desired for so long, and now it's mine. And it runs well. This one will not be parted out. This one will be restored to perfection, however long that takes, and it will receive some interesting enhancements in the process.
