pug505usa Posted December 20, 2014 Report Share Posted December 20, 2014 While looking on french forums on certain 505 subjects I ran into this guy who did an excellent documentation on how to remove his 5 speed Trans on a 2.5 TD. He then took it apart to try to find out what was wrong with it... It is in french. Thought I would share the link below. The author also has another topic on the same forum on how he took apart his VE pump and rebuilt it himself successfully (unfortunately he did not post any pics in that one)...
