bergxu
Hey all, Something weird happened with my '89 turbo this morning; I drove over to the bank (about 5 mins away) and on the way home, the car had a very brief and odd incident in that it wouldn't rev over 2K rpms--it would sound as if it was hitting a rev limiter, but idled smooth as glass. I let the car sit and idle for 30 seconds or so and gave it some gas and it then revved cleanly with nary a hiccup. Any ideas on this?? bergxu
Figured out what it was; the TPS microswitch was sticky. I cleaned it with Würth Contact ÖL and readjusted it and all is well now.
