Peugeot 207 Lowering

Hi Guys,

Just wanted some opinions really. I have a Peugeot 207 1.6 HDi with Hockenhiem GTi 17 inch alloys.

I am thinking of lowering the car as I need to replace 2 x standard springs as they are badly corroded and down as advisories

I am thinking of 35mm so a good compromise between not necessary having to buy shocks as well. The rear wheel arch gap is quite bit not terrible. Just some advise really on if you would go lower or you think 35mm should he just right. I might be wrong but think the 207 GTi / THP models sport ones sit 20-25mm lower as standard anyway so I guess if it looks on level with them I'd be happy.

Please see my car attached as it is currently.

I have also attached a white 207 THP GT with my wheels lowered, also a blue 207 with same wheels think these look slammed though maybe 50 60mm drop as arches on the wheels.

Thanks for your time.
