Trevor Posted February 7, 2006 Report Share Posted February 7, 2006 I noticed that my headlights were pulsating while i was driving on the freeway one night. You can even notice the pulsation in the dash lights as well. The battery keeps a charge, i drove around for quite a while with it doing this. So the other day i went out with the voltmeter and started the car up. The battery voltage is steady and then once the car warms up it seems that the voltage starts to fluctuate by about 1 volt or so according to the multimeter. Any ideas on what could cause this? i found it odd that it starts fluctuating when warm? Maybe i just need a new alternator...? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
