Chain's are standard and widely used. Easy to pick longer chain and just cut and use lock or nail it. I have used lock in all engines what I have build without problems.
At least diesel engine tensioner can be used but its bit tricky cause lock release is in different side than original.

Eh... seems my english is so bad. I try to say... I measured it from actual block. 11,5mm is that wall thikness in 92mm bore. So its 103,5mm what you was asking.

0.400 in picture is ~11,5mm with 92mm cylinder. So spacing is ~103,5mm.

What you mean by bore spacing? Total length of block? Bores equally distance from each? Space between bores (depends 1,6-2L)?

Own car was Saab Aero 2,3L Automatic (~300hp and 440Nm), Right wheel bearing was broken so needed to hold speed and take easy some corners

Let me know if you still need them? I'll have a look on my storage, I'll should have some std sets old stock bearings.

feel free to ask. No it was not driving school All we did was just run few laps with own car (never been that track before) and I did not look any race videos before it. Then just jump
to formula renault and drive it 15min (pretty hard to drive it). Then lunch and 15min briefing how and what to do with F1 and then jump in and drive all this from morning 9:00am and 7:00pm :)time range
F1 was easier to drive than renault
All was needed was valid drivers licence and money no experience or what so ever:) so anyone can do it.

Not sure what you asking? treath size (M7)? depth? Just remeber at short side of stud goes on head and it should be reach bottom just before treath ends. treath should be bit tight to keep stud hold.

Other +1 for hockey tape I have used it years in that purpose. Original Opel water hoses are equipped that kind of tape from factory, I adapted it other cars since I got first ones opel in late 80's.

ARP-300-8396

Rings are available on some sources still. Most easily you can order them from http://www.deves.com/ or make bit custom way from Oldsmobile 401cid half set but they need to adjusted on size (92mm) and use old oil ring.

I orderd set from england, cost 240e.

I have asked price for these (local store),
ARP-200-8428
ARP-300-8396
ARP-AU7700-1BThere was allready discution about these bolts and I would use those on opposite way so no need to change block treath. And for fast look from summitracing that set would be around 150$ (imported here price would be ~220e (postage and taxes))

Back in track, some things happened with new engine. Block machined for Volvo 92mm pistons and main axel for 0,1mm over size and conrods (saab) for saab 0,25mm over size.
New pistonrings came today so all parts are ready for complete build. Will see in next week if have motivation enough to start final fittings and measurements.
1. block with new paint
2. main axel canals cleaning with wooden taps (to keep cleaner in)
3. new back seal oil bath
4. glass blown and lack painted cover
I try to remeber take pictures time to time.

My comment from 150$ was on based just arp net search like this one -> http://www.summitracing.com/int/search/brand/arp/product-line/arp-pro-series-cylinder-head-stud-kits?SortBy=Default&SortOrder=Ascending&N=400295%2B315797%2B4294948658
Some one has taken original bolt measurements? Maybe some other brand car manuf bolt set will do the job.
Answering to my self. M12 (19mm head), bolt length 190mm, threath lenght 27mm and lift 1,25
