  1. Hello peugeot Mecs, My 1985 Peugeot N9T has developed an electrical vampire in it. For the last two months something has been draining the battery at the rate of three- tenths of amp, steadily. Over nite the battery will lose 20% of its charge. If the car is not started for the period of three- four days the battery will completely be discharged. All aux. lights, glove box lic. plate, overheads have been checked to be off. All fuses have been pulled and checked for draw. Nothing. At first I thought its was a bad battery from due to the fact that it went flat and was recharged at least fifteen times. I got Sams Club to give me a new one and the alternator has just been re-built. Tomorrow the car goes to the shop along with the N9T engine manual to start checking the main electrical wires coming off the battery. Again. Please , does anyone have any idea how to solve this problem ? Thank You. Sincerely Carl Gliko
