Red was selected as the third of three sacrificial lambs to perform in a 1987 TV commercial. Red was the only survivor and went on to compete in SCCA's Showroom Stock "B" category back when Showroom Stock car's truly had to be Showroom Stock from 1987 to 1989. 44 National Races and $80K in prize money later Red became my daily driver. At 185,000 total miles on it, Red was semi-retired as a second 505 Turbo (named Deuce) came along and now serves as the daily driver.
