Is rotor pointing at #1 with motor at tdc on compression stroke?

Do you have a timing light to confirm it's firing in time?

Do you have fuel pressure at fuel rail?  (Or can you hear fuel pump cycles?)

You need to make sure it's TDC on the compression stroke, and the rotor is pointing at the #1 plug wire terminal - this ensures everything was reassembled properly and that the firing order timed correctly.

If you have spark when cranking then it should fire on a puff of starting fluid which means you have a fuel issue.
