It's been repainted. The owner says there's no serious rust. Needs a PS leak fixed and some brakework. And probably a battery; hasn't run in a year and a half. He has the title and if someone would like to use it as a parts car, the owner told me he would be happy to give it away for next to nothing. Bon chance.
