Bean
I'll have to bug my brother in VA about the 504... I'm sure even Joe will be thinking hard on either / both cars. If I was closer I'd be in a lot of trouble - I want the wagon bad since it sounds like it just needs going over and paint and it already has the 5sp swapped. EvanB
If I had the money I would definitely go for that wagon. Much cooler than my current collection of Volvos.
Hydropneumatic
Both cars have found a new owner in northern Virginia. (Not I)
tSoG
Well... both cars are now in nova, but as soon as the 505 is back to roadworthy, it is driving to nwpa and will be put to use as a towpig for a simca racecar.
Bean
It really doesn't get any cooler than that! Glad it's going to a good home - pics and details of the 5sp swap would be MOST appreciated as I want to do the same to my wagon. Thanks for joining and updating us as well! tSoG
the wagon was/is a 5speed when we showed up. Is this not a factory option? it looks good anyways and the 504 originally a 4 speed but getting a 505 drivetrain.
Bean
TD 5sp was never offered in the wagons so it's definitely been swapped. Details on how it was swapped are lacking - just that it was likely done at Sunset Coachman. I'd love to see pics as I'm curious if they used the BA7/5 or the BA10/5 - as well as what they did for the tranny mount. My 504 is also running 505 SR powertrain, and 505 Turbo suspension - but it needs a whole lotta love asap if I'm to save it. Rabin
Brian Holm - Parts for Peugeots
Right! We definitely would like pictures from underneath.
tSoG
I am currently 350 miles from the car but it did run earlier today. Going to start a build thread when I have a keyboard.

Brian Holm - Parts for Peugeots
Rabin, how do you accommodate the 505 suspension to the narrower 504 track, front and rear? Which rear axles and bearing supports do you use, and which A-arms in front? Does this discussion need a new thread?
