rickcjmc Posted August 24, 2013 Report Share Posted August 24, 2013 Hello All, Does anyone know of a mechanic who knows 505 Turbo Diesels in the Portland Oregon area? I am south of Portland and just north of Salem. My 84 505 wagon has been sitting in the garage too long and its time to get it fixed or sold. The injector pump was leaking, a novice attempt and repair rendered it junk. I replaced it with a "known good pump" but do not have the where-with-all to get it timed correctly. Just tell him you have a TD very similar to the ones he diagnoses and adjusts for Renault owners. The guy has been doing this for 30 years.
