Man In Black
Would it be possible for anyone to make a sticky perhaps with a simple, easy to read list of all available 504 / 604 / 505 sway bar diameters (including KMAC) and if they are interchangeable? Bean
504 and 604 would be interchangeable with each other, but not with the 505 unless you put the 505 suspension links onto the 504. 604 rear bar is 19mm IIRC. The only thing I do know is that the ABS V6 cars had the thickest front sway bar at ~28mm I believe. The Turbo is 27mm - but I can do a quick check on my cars to confirm what the ABS Turbo cars used. No idea on the KMAC ones - but that could likely be found on the Aussiefrogs site with some searching. Rabin
Douvrin504
Hi Someone who can help me, I want to know the thickness of the front sway bar on the 505 Turbo with Abs brakes it`s 27mm or 27,4mm?? I know that the 505 V6 with Abs is 27,4mm, and the 505 Turbo without Abs is 27mm. Bobby
Bean
Hi Bobby, I can confirm the 505 Turbo w/ABS at the end of the month when I get my car from storage. Obviously totally forgot about this post as I've never measured it before... BTW - how did race season go this year? Any updates on your car? Douvrin504
Thanks Rabin! I have not done much with the car, except I installed a new close ratio gearbox, and a 5,62 diff. But have problems with the engine, so I´m building a new engine, maybe a 12valve 2165cc engine. Bad Winter this year, no ice, no driving,
