  1. i have a good condition t3 from a xd2s, i can also include the intake and exhaust manifolds and the egr parts. 50 obo, 20 shipping for the turbo, if you want the manifolds shipped pm, call or text me at 509-638-3367. Hi All, I came across this 604, a running, driveable project The transmission does not work in reverse, the brakes barely work (bad booster diaphragm?), the carpets have been removed, door cards and seats are shot, as is dash, ignition switch, There is a minimal exhaust system, with sidewinder trumpet. The roof had lots of surface rust so the owner cleaned and panted it with a bed liner type sealant. but the body and paint are in remarkable condition. I drove it around the block while the civilized world was at prayer, and the engine pulled well, the steering and suspension were tight. I am interested in the car, mostly for the engine and maybe the goofy low bean LEDs. I plan to buy it.. Would anyone be interested in buying the body (complete car, less engine) or trading the car for an engine,
  3. Hello all, I am looking for a piston cooling jet for my 1983 Peugeot 505S with the XD2S engine. The machine shop hit one of the jets when it was machined. I've checked with Peugeot Holm and Western Hemispheres and they don't have it. The part number is 0162.03 It can be new or used. Thanks for your time! Mark
  4. Hi everybody, I’m new to this wonderful forum and i have some problems with my diesel Peugeot 505 xd2s which hope you can help me, because is driving me crazy. I bought this second hand engine xd2s which in the first start it work fine with no smoke at all when accelerated, and has a decent power up on hills, so i was very happy with it, always started right away. I forgot to mention that when i first start the engine i step on the accelerator hard i heard a knocking like if it was some valve or an injector knocking, but i step again, again and again i never hear it again. I think maybe is because the engine was stopped for long time. Now about four month later it has very low power and makes too much smoke, and has a hard idle it bounce too much it sounds like is going to shut off but never do, but it stills starting right away. So i turn the idle speed a little hi and it stops bouncing to much but it stills do. But sometimes when on stop light in idle speed it goes down with a lot of shake, if i touch the accelerator and take my food off very quickly it stops shaking and return to the increased idle speed. I don’t know what’s wrong with it, no power, too much dark grey smoke, and shaking in idle speed. i asked a mechanic and it say that is the injector pump that may decreasing pressure, and other guy told me that it couldn't be the pump because or it work or not. He told me that is the injectors that need to be cleaned and recalibrated or changed. But i guess i will first start in the injectors. What is the calibration value for the Xd2S injectors? So i wonder what you guys think may be the problem, could it be compression, but losing it so fast? Sorry for my English Need help please.
