  1. @Bean They are smooth and 7 1/4 inch wide.
  2. @Goce Main reason that is that we have rims that has that bolt pattern. The rims i got my eyes on also has that bolt pattern and 67.1mm CB. Here is the link to the spacers: https://spacer.se/produkt/paket-4st-25mm-4-140-x-4-114-3-67-1/
  3. Have done a bit of body, repaired rust, sanded and filled. The old Mi16 side skirts have been removed, and we are trying some that have been fabricated in sheet steel instead. My father made an jigg to test widen some steel wheels (banding).
  4. @Bean Thanks! We have tested with 205/50/R17 ET40 and 205/55/R16 ET30 same width 7". The main reason was the simplicity and that they could make a spacer with CB 67.1mm (which open up for more options for rims). If I have the budget I will go for the JR-Wheels JR6: https://jr-wheels.com/category/jr6 (16"/7" ET35 Silver Machined Face). We put the old adapters and wheels on the running 505 (205/50/R17 ET40) now and it works fine
  5. We got another set of spacers manufactured by a company here in Sweden named TCL-AB. Sent in both front and rear hub and they manufactured the spacers after the hubs. They made a spacers that is uniform so it both fits both rear and front. Specification: 4x140 to 4x114.3 CB 67.1mm M12x1.25 studs Spacer are 25mm thick They have added the spacers as special article in there webshop: https://spacer.se/produkt/paket-4st-25mm-4-140-x-4-114-3-67-1/ Price is 3400 SEK (315 USD / 292 EUR) We have removed the re-drilled hubs and using spacers instead now.

  7. Just checking in Latest on our project is that we got two exhaust flanges fabricated by a local shop. And here is another exhaust manifold fabricated with a SAAB turbo.
  8. Evening drive in the swedish summer. Lovely. I stopped at the local mall and this happen. The previous owner shows up, I had no idéa that he lived in the same village as me. He was really surprised and glad to see it on the road again ? We fixed the heating problem, it was the valve that was faulty. Thanks for all the help ?
  9. Thanks all for the help! So nice that all is helping ? We start to suspect that is the solenoid that the control the valve, located on the firewall. I keep you all updated. @Bean The tires are: Toyo Proxes TR1 205/50 R15.
  10. Project car 3 passed M.O.T today! ? It has not been on the road since 2004-03-31. Feels great to have it on the road now and we will drive it now during the summer. Since it's a old car we have some issues. The main issue now is the heating, we suspect there is some eletric problems. Issue is that the heating is always on, we have done a quick fix now so heated water is blocked. We have start troubleshooting but we are in need of a electric diagram for the heating system. Anyone that know where we can find it? Here is some picture I took today:
  11. Good work! The car turned out beautiful! ?? Regarding the turbo flange, is this something that could work? https://www.gikturbo.se/shop/performance/flansar/adapter-t3-t25-laby-avg-in/
  12. We use the wiring diagram found on this page: http://peugeot505.info/index.php?id=downloads_manuals&lang=1
  13. Yesterday we did some work on the project car 3. I installed AEM DryFlow Filter. Had an old airbox cover that was already drilled in so modified it to fit the new filter. My father did a new holder so we could reallocated the expansion tank a bit higher up. In the picture below shows the new holder and the old one below. Our plan is to get this car pass car inspection soon and I can start driving it during the summer ?
  14. The collector was purchased and my father welded rest of the exhaust manifold. We don't have any manifold for export ?
